Digital imaging software developer Nik Software, Inc. has appointed PRO TECHnologyPRO TECHnologyLoading... as an exclusive distributor for its software products and solutions in the UAE. Nik Software (formerly known as nik multimedia), the maker of the award-winning Nik Sharpener Pro™ plug-in for Photoshop, as well as Nik Color Efex Pro™ and Dfine®, will start cooperation with PRO TECHnologyPRO TECHnologyLoading... at Gitex 2006.

US based Nik Software, Inc., the recognized worldwide leader in digital photographic filter development produces plug-in software products for digital photography and imaging professionals including Dfine® (noise reduction for digital images), Nik Color Efex Pro™ (digital photographic filters), and Nik Sharpener Pro™ (digital image sharpening) software. The award-winning Nik Software products enable photographers to professionally edit and enhance digital photographs with natural looking results. Nik Software's" Selective Tool" enables photographers to work selectively on images allowing them to quickly and easily apply any filter to any part of an image while taking advantage of pressure sensitivity capabilities. For the first time, photographers can easily control colour and light on specific elements of their image (such as sky, skin, grass, etc.) without the use of complicated software masks, layers or procedures.
