These numerous categories include, but are not limited to, perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, cigarettes, cigars, watches, jewellery, toys, consumer electronics and food, fashion & accessories, and destination merchandise.

has seen 2.3 million passengers in 2005; a 35% increase in passenger traffic compared to 2004.As a result, DUFRY Sharjah has experienced significant growth in sales over the past year and is confidently anticipating a successful year 2006 in its partnership with the airport.
Dr. Ghanem Al Hajri, Director General Dept. of Civil Aviation & Sharjah Airport Authority stated, "The retail outlet has shown its expertise in keeping up with the changes in passenger trends & in passenger profiles which is reflected in the growth of all its departments."

is undergoing wide-ranging expansion plans and developments, DUFRY is also closely involved with the Airport in each phase. A key step is the introduction of a new airport duty free retail outlet in the arrivals terminal. In July 2006 a temporary outlet was set up prior to the finalized DUFRY arrivals site later this year. One of our aims is to provide the airport with the best airport duty free facilities in the region"
Located in the new airport arrivals hall, the shop will give arrival passengers the opportunity to use their full duty free allowance for shopping. In line with the upcoming airport expansion and development, the duty free outlet also plans to extend its product variety to meet anticipated increase in passenger traffic.
DUFRY prices favour comparably with other regional airports as they believe in providing passengers with value for money. Making a constant effort to offer the right product mix to the passengers, DUFRY is experiencing remarkable results in the increased number and diversity of passengers and converting them to duty free consumers.
