Rotana Hotels to Manage Luxury Suites Complex at BurJuman

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - The leading hotel management company in the Middle East, Rotana Hotels and the prestigious BurJuman shopping mall announced details of their strategic alliance today with the signing of a new management contract for the opening in mid-2006 of BurJuman Rotana Suites.

BurJuman's Rotana suites will comprise 144 fully serviced, trendy one-bedroom suites, 3 duplex townhouses and a penthouse. Guests will have access to 7 fully-equipped meeting rooms suitable for conferences and seminars, underground private parking for 200 cars, 24-hour room service, a state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool and BurJuman's more than 300 stores.

Commenting on the announcement Mr. Nasser Al Nowais, Chairman of Rotana Hotels said: "The essence of Rotana Hotels is the diversity in the products and genuine Arabic hospitality and for us to partner with BurJuman makes this statement stronger.
