Etisalat opens retail outlet at Bin Sougat Center- Dubai

Dubai, July 17th, 2007 (WAM) - EtisalatEtisalatLoading... has opened its latest retail outlet at the Bin Sougat Centre in Dubai. Located conveniently on the first floor of the mall, the outlet will be operational from 8am to 10pm Saturday to Thursday, and 4pm to 10pm on Fridays.

The outlet is divided into three major zones.

The Customer Service Zone is where customers can apply for any EtisalatEtisalatLoading... service including prepaid and postpaid mobiles, fixed line telephones, and dial-up and broadband Internet services.

Customer queries and feedback will also be accepted at this zone, and will help customers choose the ideal service and plan for their usage.

The Demonstration Zone will feature live demonstrations of EtisalatEtisalatLoading... services in action, including the BlackBerry service, MobileCam, 3G and 3.5G services, E-Vision cable television services, and many other main and value-added services.

The Retail Zone is where customers will be able to view, compare and purchase mobile handsets, desktop telephones and other communication hardware related to EtisalatEtisalatLoading... services.

This outlet adds to the already-extensive list of dedicated EtisalatEtisalatLoading... stores in various locations around the UAE. Some of the existing outlets are at the Dubai World Trade Centrethe Dubai World Trade CentreLoading..., the Arrival area of the Dubai International AirportDubai International AirportLoading..., Mall of the EmiratesMall of the EmiratesLoading... in Dubai, the Arrival area of the Sharjah International AirportSharjah International AirportLoading..., Ajman City Centre, Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain, Madinat Zayed CentreMadinat Zayed CentreLoading... in Abu Dhabi and Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.

There are 520 outlets across the UAE that offer Postpaid subscriptions, 660 outlets sell Wasel SIM cards, over 20,000 outlets sell recharge scratch cards and 7,700 outlets offer e-vouchers.

We have also established avenues for our customers to talk to us, and our staff at these outlets are trained to not only provide information and aid the customer in signing-up, but to also log customer feedback and pass it on to the relevant department internally. These outlets also have public cash payment machines for our existing customers, who can quickly complete their transactions without having to wait.' This retail outlet will enhance interaction with EtisalatEtisalatLoading... for customers in Mirdif, Rashidiya, Dubai Festival City, and neighbouring areas.

Etisalat Retail Outlets are fully equipped for customers to simply walk in and choose from a range of EtisalatEtisalatLoading... services and support hardware. These include prepaid and postpaid mobile services, fixed line services, dial-up and broadband Internet, as well as the hardware required for these services. Customers can also get their BlackBerry accounts and devices, as well as a range of other services and solutions.
