Land worth Dh290.9m sold in two days

Dubai Lands and Properties Department concluded 13 deals worth Dh290.9 million in the last two days.
The biggest deal took place in Al Muraqqabat, where a plot changed hands for Dh30 million.
Hor Al Anz was the most active, with two transactions concluded there, followed by Jumeira-1 with two sales.
Al Muraqqabat recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dh30 million, followed by Lehbab, which registered Dh11 million in deals, while Al Satwa recorded Dh9 million in turnover.
The biggest single plot to change hands was a 505,788-square-foot space in Lehbab. It sold for Dh11 million.
An 18,507-square-foot plot in Al Satwa changed hands for Dh9 million. A 15,000-square-foot plot in Nad Al Hamar sold for Dh1.6 million.
