DOHA, April 25 (Reuters) - Qatar's energy minister Mohammed al-Sada is satisfied with the level of compliance by oil producers from inside and outside OPEC with an agreement reached last year to cut output, he said on Tuesday.

The agreement between the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, Russia and other producers calls for cutting production by 1.8 million barrels per day (bpd) from Jan. 1 to boost prices and get rid of a supply glut.
