King Abdullah Economic City Hosts Japanese Investment Delegation
King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia - 9 February, 2010: Emaar, The Economic City (Emaar E.C.), the Tadawul-listed company developing King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), hosted a delegation from the Ministry of Economic, Trade and Industry of Japan, to discuss and explore the city's investment opportunities.Mr. Fahd Al-Rasheed, Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of " Emaar, The Economic City " presented Mr. Tomohiro and Mr. Koichi Ito, Deputy Directors, Department of Chemistry of the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, KAEC's developmental and construction stages of the city from 2007 to 2009.
Emaar.E.C has shifted its office and most of its staff to KAEC, and it has handed over a range of real estate to investors including residential units at Bay La Sun, land plots in the Industrial Valley and offices at the business park. The one-stop shop Services from SAGIA now serves investors and business tenants through there newly opened offices at KAEC.
