Dubai Sports Council inks deal for top-notch facilities

Enters partnership with Dubai Sports City for better use of services

Dubai The Dubai Sports Council aims to utilise the state-of-the-art facilities provided by the Dubai Sports City’s sports academies complex in an attempt to take sport to the next level.

The strategic partnership between the Dubai Sports Council and the Dubai Sports City will ensure the use of the academies located at the sports city to train national squads and sportspersons.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Dubai Sports Council’s delegation headed by Dr Ahmad Al Sharif, Secretary-General of the Dubai Sports City along with Dubai Sports City officials Khalid Al Zarouni and Mansour Abdul Rahman Falaknaz.

Prior to signing the agreement, the Dubai Sports Council’s delegation got an opportunity to check the facilities at the Dubai Sports City which has been equipped with some of the most advanced features.

It aims to provide an ideal atmosphere for camping and training sessions for various sports disciplines.

“On our part, we will exert our best efforts to attract sports clubs and associations to utilise these advanced facilities at the Dubai Sports City ...” Dr Al Sharif said.
