I feel this bank yet operates in the previous century. I credited Dhs 50,000 towards my credit card on 28th April 2011 at 11.10.14 hours at Shaikh Zayed Road branch in cash and the credit card will only be credited after 24 houirs. When I bank at NBD or Mashreq the credit towards the credit card was immediate,.
Also I have requested four times for the credit limit to be increased backed by a signed cheeque for the credit limit amoutn however four times the bank has not agreed to this and kept a credit limit of DHS 75000 which is insufficient. trying to speak to their representatives at 042130000 gets just parroted lines given to them from Managemnt and you cannot get your issues resolved. I regret having changed my credit cards to RAKBANK as their cashback scheme may be good but their services and credit card limits frankly are inadequate for your high spenders accounts.
My suggestions use Emirates NBD or Mashreq Bank credit cards for high spenders.
rakbank is the best!
