Bahrain Bay DevelopmentBahrain Bay Development plans to construct Arcapita Headquarters in Bahrain Bay, Off the northeastern shore of Manama.
The project will have an area of 48,017 sq.m. and will consists of an office tower with 18,000 sq.m. office space area; a 20,450 sq.m. area of basement Parking Garage with 525 capacity car units; and a 2 level structure mosque of 750 sq.m. area with prayer spaces, rooms, open courtyard facing Mecca, and a 50m tall minaret adjacent to the Mosque.
Sime Malak and Alssamoure Design is the architect consultant, Werner Sobek is the structural engineer consultant, DALKIA is the MEP consultant, and MaceMace is the infrastructure design consultant and PMC. |
