Construction of a 24,000 sq.m. tower including:
- 412 meters tower
- Sky bridge connecting the east and west office wings on each floor
- 7,000 sq. m., 11 storey parking for 1,800 cars
- 37,000 sq m., 6 storey mall
- Cafes
- Restaurants
- Spa facilities
- Health club
The tower and mall will used reinforced concrete. The parking will use reinforced and precast concrete. |
