NakheelNakheel plans to build NakheelNakheel Harbour and Tower, a mixed development located on the intersection of Sheikh Zayed road and the Arabian Canal, Dubai Waterfront.
The project will have an area of 1.5 million sq.m. including 250,000 sq.m. of hospitality space, 950,000 sq.m. of commercial and retail space, 40 residential and office buildings, an 80,000 water canal, 800 meters of indoor walkways, 10 km of promenade bridges, a hotel, green space, parks and a car park for 10,000 cars.
NakheelNakheel Harbour and Tower is divided to 4 areas: Harbour Bridges, Canals, Harbour Gardens and Harbour Promenade. The centerpiece of the project is Al Burj tower.
The transportation within the development will be via water systems and a light rail system.
WSPWSP Middle East Limited and Woods Bagot are the master plan and transportation planning and infrastructure design consultants. |
