TDICTDIC plans to develop Saadiyat Beach Marina Village, a mixed development in Saadiyat Island Development, in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The project will cover a land area of 98,020 sq.m. and will include a 150-berth marina, an open air market, 69 apartments, a community center, a nursery, a medical center, a retail store, parking spaces and related facilities.
JZMK is the concept design consultant, GHD is the design consultant and Cyrill Sweett is the quantity surveyor consultant. |
