Burooj PropertiesBurooj Properties plans to develop Sharjah Marina, a mixed used development project located near Dubai's Mamzar Park area.
The project will spread over an area of 1.25 million sq. m. and will include a 2 km canal, 2.5 km beach front, a shopping mall, hotels, low-rise buildings, commercial and mixed used towers, a park, mosques and leisure facilities.
Phase I includes dredging and reclamation works, infrastructure works and construction of residential buildings, it will take 3 years to be completed.
Phase II includes the construction of hotels and a shopping mall which is to be completed 2 years after phase I.
Sharjah Marina will incorporate four prime Islamic themes, Damascus, Turkish, Andalusia and the gulf.
Khatib and AlamiKhatib and Alami is the master plan consultant and leonard design is the architect. |
