| Background |
The Abu Dhabi Future Energy CompanyAbu Dhabi Future Energy Company (ADFEC), also known as MasdarMasdar, plans to develop the Swiss Village in MasdarMasdar City, Abu Dhabi.
The Swiss Village is part of phase 1 of the Carbon Free City, an energy, science and technology green community.
The project will spread over an area of 200,000 sq.m. and will include the construction of the Swiss embassy building, educational facilities, residential units,Office, retail, commercial units, and related facilities. It will be located between MasdarMasdar's Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) and MasdarMasdar's headquarters.
A+Dyer International is the design consultant and BGP Bob Gysin & Partners is the architect, Foster and Partners is the master plan consultant for the whole project. |
