Al Qudra Real EstateAl Qudra Real Estate plans to develop Danet Abu Dhabi, a real estate community development located on Abu Dhabi Airport Road.
Danet Abu Dhabi is divided to 5 districts: Jumana, Dorra, Louolou, Giwan and Gemash. It includes residential, commercial, leisure and entertainment facilities such as buildings, gardens, parks, boulevards and communication services. The development will also include the Holiday Inn Hotel.
Al Qudra Real EstateAl Qudra Real Estate will develop one tower (the Holiday Inn Hotel) while private investors will develop the other 33 towers.
3D/I+PI (3D/I, Projacs InternationalProjacs International and Al Qudra HoldingAl Qudra Holding) is the PMC.
Architectural Engineering Consultants is the project architect.
Maunsell Consulting Services is the infrastructure consultant. |
