Ithmaar Development CompanyIthmaar Development Company (IDC), part of Ithmaar BankIthmaar Bank , plans to build Dilmunia Health Island, community development located on the north east cost of Bahrain. Dilmunia Development will cover an area of 1.25 million sq. m. and will include residential and commercial units, villas, three 5 stars hotels with different themes and one 4 stars hotel, hospitals, clinics, landscape spaces, wellness and health facilities, and entertainment facilities. Upon completion, the project will house 15,000 residents. DP Architects from Singapore is the master planner, Broadway Malyan is the architect consultant, Mott MacDonaldMott MacDonald is the infrastructure design consultant, DG Jones & PartnersDG Jones & Partners is the cost consultant and Scott Wilson are the engineering and design consultants. |
