The joint venture of Dubai SelectDubai Select (also known as Select Group) and Select Property plans to develop the Pacific development, which is located in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
Pacific will spread over a 25,300 sq.m. area and will comprise residential units, retail shops, restaurants, and a resort. Theses facilities will be built on 6 contemporary properties, each named after Pacific Islands (Samoa, Bora Bora, Tonga, Polynesia, Fiji and Tahiti). |
