| Background |
King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research CentreKing Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre plans to expand King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The project aims at increasing the capacity of the existing hospital from 286 beds to 750 beds.
The project will cover an area of 310,000 sq.m. and will comprise 2 towers, a 24-storey research center, a 25,000 sq.m. oncology center, a medical support building, a cardiology clinic, a neurology and outpatient clinics, an emergency treatment facilities and car parking facilities for 1,000 cars.
Vanir Construction Management is the PMC, RTKL Associates is the architect consultant and Saudi Diyar ConsultantsSaudi Diyar Consultants is the engineering consultants. |
