Reem DevelopersReem Developers plans to build Rawdhat Abu Dhabi, a mixed use development near the old Abu Dhabi airport.
The project is the first "develop to lease" community in the UAE. It includes residential, commercial, leisure and entertainment facilities.
The project will spread over an area of 280,000 sq. m. and will comprises of 76 plots divided to 3 residence types: Mediterranean, Modern and traditional. Reem DevelopersReem Developers will develop 6 out of the 76 plots while the rest is developed by private investors.
The project will be built in two phases. Phase 1 includes 17 commercial developments and 44 residential developments. Phase 2 comprises of commercial developments.
Ewan Architectural and Engineering Consultancy are the master plan consultant and Hyder ConsultingHyder Consulting is the infrastructure consultant. |
