Ewaan Al Farida plans to construct a residential development in Dahban, north of Jeddah.
The project will cover an area of 1.2 million sq.m. and will consist of 2,500 residential units, retail outlets, schools, mosques, hospitals, playgrounds, and entertainment facilities.
Array Group is the design consultant and Projacs International is the PMC. |

On 4 August 2010, bids for the infrastructure and earthwork contracts were submitted.
In July 2010, the construction contract was re-tendered.
In 2010, Trow Global was no longer involved in the project and the PMC contract was awarded to Projacs International.
In May 2009, Ewaan Global Residential CompanyEwaan Global Residential Company and the Islamic Development BankIslamic Development Bank signed an agreement to establish Ewaan Al Farida Company, which will develop and manage the project.
In February 2008, PMC contract was awarded to Trow Global.
In early Q1 2008, the project was launched. |
