The project will be executed simultaneously in 2 phases. Phase 1 will cover upgrading the process units and phase 2 will cover the offsites and utilities.

The upgrade aims to decrease sulfur content in gasoline and diesel to 10 ppm by 2013.

ExxonMobilExxonMobilLoading... is the feasibility study consultant and the technology provider.

In August 2008, bids for the FEED study and EPC contracts were submitted.

In Q3 2008, the ITB for the EPC and FEED study contracts were issued.
