Damac PropertiesDamac Properties plans to develop Park Avenue , a mixed use development in Sheikh Zayed City in New Cairo.
The project consists 723 retail units, 454 office spaces, and a parking with a capacity for 3,000 cars.
The project will be implemented in 2 phases. Phase 1 will cover an area of 29,206 sq.m. and construction of 309 retail units and phase 2 will include the other parts of the project.
