RAK PropertiesRAK Properties plans to develop Mina Al Arab, a community development located in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project will occupy a 2.8 million sq.m. area and will consist of six districts.
The project will comprise of 3 hotels, 388 villas, 3,500 residential units, 1,000 retail units, a marina, a green oasis walk, and other amenities including 3.1 million sq.m. of open spaces, parks, medical facilities, mosque, cafes and restaurants, and recreational facilities.
It will be implemented in phases, scope of each phase not revealed.
