Al Oula Development CompanyAl Oula Development Company plans to build Al Shamiyah, a mixed development located north of Makkah. The project will cover an area of 1.5 million sq.m and will include villas, hotels, residential apartments, commercial centers, markets, car parks, schools, police stations and medical facilities. The project is divided to 6 areas. Each area raging from 1,200 sq. m. to 3,100 sq. m. The project is part of the Government's plan to develop and rehabilitate the region surrounding the holy sanctuary of Makkah to meet the needs of its visitors. Once completed, the project will accomodate 250,000 residents. Millennium from Lebanon is the technical adviser. Dar Al HandasahDar Al Handasah are the design consultants. |
