Background

Marmooka Capital plans to develop Al Marmooka City, a 705,500 sq. m. real estate development located on the Ajman-Sharjah border in Ajman Free Trade Zone (AJFZ).

Al Marmooka City is a freehold development including 200 residential and office towers, a shopping district, hotels, mosques and educational and medical facilities.

Adnan Saffarini is the project consultant and master plan developer.

Marmooka Capital will develop the project's infrastructure and sell the 206 plots to different developers.

Latest Events

In July 2009, the project was scaled back from 206 to 20 plots.

Previous Events

In end of October 2008, the infrastructure works were completed and all the plots were handed over to individual developers (the completion date was delayed from the 1st of October till the end of October).

In Q1 2008, infrastructure works started. Al Fahed Contracting Company is the infrastructure contractor.

In December 2007, the project was launched.

Scope of Work

Execution of infrastructure works including piling, leveling, soiling and related activities.
