Marina Durrat Al BahrainDurrat Al Bahrain Company plans to develop Durrat Marina in Durrat Al BahrainDurrat Al Bahrain development, located on the south coast of Bahrain.
The project will spread over an area of 700,000 sq. m. and will include a 180,000 sq.m. area of 400-berth marina, a yacht club, 4,000 residential units, waterfront villas, town houses, apartments, commercial space, recreational facilities, cafes, and retail outlets, restaurants and cafes.
The project will be developed in 5 phases, phase 1 will include the marina (95-berth), and the scope of the other phases were not revealed.
WS Atkins and PartnersWS Atkins and Partners is the design consultant, NDA is the design consultant of the marina, HCP Architectural & Engineering is the architect, Scott Wilson is the infrastructure design consultant, KMC Bovis is the PMC, and Beaucraft is the marina advisory consultant. |
