RakeenRakeen Development Company plans to develop Bab Al Baher, a mixed use development in Al Marjan Island 27 km south Ras Al Khaimah.
Bab Al Baher will include 328 studio apartments, 420 one-bedroom apartments, 172 two-bedroom apartments and 72 three-bedroom apartments., a shopping complex, an office tower and related facilities. The project will also consist of a 300-room hotel and private beach parks.
