The Diwan of Royal CourtDiwan of Royal Court in Oman plans to develop Oman Botanical Garden (OBG) in Al Khoudh, Muscat. The project will be spread over an area of 4.25 million sq.m. and will be developed in phases. Phase 1 (completed) includes the construction of a nursery, phase 2 includes the construction of 3 buildings used for research, studies, and catering purposes and further development phases expected to be announced in the future that includes a hotel, restaurants and an amphitheater. Alatec is the master plan consultant, Wilkinson Eyre is the architect, WS Atkins is the design consultant for the nursery, Bovis Lend Lease is the PMC. |
