CapitaLandCapitaLand Limited plans to develop Raffles City, a mixed development that is located in Bahrain Bay, off the northeastern shore of Manama.
The project will cover an area of 288,000 sq.m. and will include residential units (60% of the total area), retail outlets, and leisure facilities.
The project occupies 20 % of Bahrain Bay.
Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM) is the master plan consultant, Turner ConstructionTurner Construction International is the PMC, and Rafael Vinoly Architects is the design consultant. |
