Aldar Al-Khasa plans to develop the Headquarters Business Park, a commercial development located on Jeddah Corniche, between the Jeddah Hilton and the Jeddah Westin Hotel.
The project will cover a total built up area of 165,000 sq.m. and will include a West Tower, which will be 240 m. above sea level and will consist of 52 storeys; an East Tower which will be 70 m. high and and will consist of 13 storeys; and the Central Service Building which will cover 71,000 sq. m. area of office space and car parking area of 2000 vehicles.
