Al Oula Real Estate Development CompanyAl Oula Real Estate Development Company plans to construct Future Industrial City, an industrial city 30 km away from the City Centre, located on Al Kharj Road in the Central Province of Saudi Arabia.
The project will cover an area of 3.1 million sq.m. and will include heavy, medium and light industries, commercial, office, residential, retail units and Hotel.
The project will be implemented in 3 phases. Phase 1 will include the heavy industry and part of the commercial and residential units; the scope of the other phases was not revealed yet.
Dar Al RiyadhDar Al Riyadh is the design consultant, RSP is the master plan and RBS Design is the urban design consultant. |
