The Capital Market Authority plans to build its headquarter at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), south of Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
The project will cover an area of 185,000 sq.m. and will reach 385 m. high with 77 floors.
The project is part of phase 2 of King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).
The JV of Omrania and AssociatedOmrania and Associated , HOKHOK and Hyder is the design consultant and Cyrill Sweet is the cost consultant and PMC. |
