Reem DevelopersReem Developers plans to develop Najmat Abu Dhabi, a community development located at the southeast entrance to Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
Najmat Abu Dhabi will cover a 1.5 million sq.m. area and will consist of a commercial area, a residential area (known as Maysan), and 1 main marina.
Maysan will have an area of 186,000 sq.m. that comprises 29 plots including residential units, schools, hospitals, parks, and related facilities.
The project will be developed in 3 phases; phase 1 includes the main marina, phase 2 includes the low rise villas and phase 3 includes 8-storeys development.
Once completed, the development will accommodate up to 80,000 residents.
Reem DevelopersReem Developers will be responsible for the marine works and the infrastructure works. Plots were sold to private developers for the construction of buildings.
RNL is the master planner, Halcrow InternationalHalcrow International and Hyder ConsultingHyder Consulting are the marine works consultants, and KLCC Holding is the PMC. |
