Background	Mellitah Oil and Gas plans to upgrade and develop the Bouri oil and gas field. The project will consist of constructing two offshore oil platforms DP3 and DP4 on Block NC-41, 120 Km northwest of Tripoli at a water depth of 145-183 meters. Fiber optic cables will connect to its current platforms.
