R HoldingR Holding plans to develop Emirates City, a community development located in Ajman, UAE.
The development will cover an area of 465,000 sq. m.and will comprise of 72 residential and commercial towers, 5-star hotels, a shopping mall, retail, educational, leisure and medical facilities.
The project includes the Paradise Lakes(also known as Paradise Lakes Towers), Lilies Towers including apartments with 40 floors, Goldcrest Dreams Towers including 4 towers, and the Lavender Tower with 40 floors.
Remix Tech and Block Tech, a subsidiary of Tech Group, will supply concrete for most of the project's towers.
Adnan Saffarini Engineering Consultants is the master plan consultant. |

In Q1 2008, the construction of Paradise Lake Towers by Construction Tech started.
In February 2008, the piling and foundation works (worth USD 136 million) undertaken by Piling Tech and groundbreaking work ( worth USD 272 million) were completed.
In 2007, Construction Tech was appointed as main contractor for the development.
In September 2006, piling works awarded to Piling Tech.
