R HoldingR Holding plans to develop Emirates City, a community development located in Ajman, UAE. The development will cover an area of 465,000 sq. m.and will comprise of 72 residential and commercial towers, 5-star hotels, a shopping mall, retail, educational, leisure and medical facilities. The project includes the Paradise Lakes(also known as Paradise Lakes Towers), Lilies Towers including apartments with 40 floors, Goldcrest Dreams Towers including 4 towers, and the Lavender Tower with 40 floors. Remix Tech and Block Tech, a subsidiary of Tech Group, will supply concrete for most of the project's towers. Adnan Saffarini Engineering Consultants is the master plan consultant. |

In August 2009, the design was ongoing by Ajman Municipality and the construction paradise lake towers were ongoing. In April 2009, the company was still waiting for the municipality approval for the infrastructure design. In January 2009, the design of the shopping mall started by National Engineering BureauNational Engineering Bureau . In Q3 2008, piling and enabling works were completed. In Q1 2008, the construction of Paradise Lake Towers by Construction Tech started. In February 2008, the piling and foundation works (worth USD 136 million) undertaken by Piling Tech and groundbreaking work ( worth USD 272 million) were completed. In 2007, Construction Tech was appointed as main contractor for the development. In September 2006, piling works awarded to Piling Tech. In June 2006, the project was announced. |
