Sorouh Real Estate CompanySorouh Real Estate Company plans to develop Saraya Abu Dhabi a mixed use development project that will be located on Abu Dhabi Corniche.
Saraya Abu Dhabi will cover up a build up area of 738,181 sq.m. and will consist of 31 towers, that will include residential and commercial buildings ranging from 10 to 40 stories and the project will include construction of hotels.
The project will be completed in phases. The first phase will include infrastructure work, and phases 2 and 3 will include the construction of the towers.
