Dubai Properties GroupDubai Properties Group plans to develop Remraam, a community development located next to the Arabian Ranches and Bawadi in Dubailand.
The project will cover an area of 2.2 million sq.m. and will include low rise Arabian style buildings (5 to 7 storey buildings) arranged in 4 clusters, each within 2 sectors. It will also include a mall, parks, sports and recreational facilities.
The project will be divided into 3 construction packages; package 1 covers 100 buildings, package 2 covers an area of 680,138 sq.m. and includes 46 buildings, 2 shopping centers, 2 mosques and 4 health clubs, and package 3 covers 25 buildings.

In January 2010, 85% excavation works and 50% foundation works were completed.
In August 2009, 90% of the excavation works were completed and 70% of the building foundation works were completed.
In March 2009, 90% of the sewer, water, and drainage systems were completed, 65% of the infrastructure works were completed and the excavation works for the foundations of 82% of the buildings was completed.
In January 2009, 60% of infrastructure works were completed by Emirates Roads Constructing Company (ERC).

In November 2007, the construction contract including MEP works for packages 1 and 2 was awarded to Dubai Civil EngineeringDubai Civil Engineering.
