Tiger Woods Dubai plans to construct a golf community development in Dubailand, off Al Hibab Road in Dubai. Tiger Woods Dubai Golf Community will be spread over a 3.5 million sq.m. area and will consist of residential units including 190 villas, 75 mansions, 20 palaces and a 80-suite hotel. Al Ruwaya with an area of 1.2 million sq.m. will include a 18-hole golf course, golf academy, and a 5,600 sq.m. clubhouse. The facilities will be developed by private developers. Australia's APP International is the PMC, Consulting Engineering Services is the engineering consultant, and Tiger Woods Design is the golf course design consultant. |

In March 2009, a second infrastructure contract (including boring of tunnels and the construction of pump stations) was awarded to Al Nasr Contracting CompanyAl Nasr Contracting Company . In January 2009, the earthworks of the golf course were completed.
