GPS Chemoil plans to expand the oil storage terminal in Fujairah, U.A.E. The project will be executed in phases. This is phase 4 of the project and it aims at increasing the production capacity of the terminal by 580,000 cu.m of oil. JURONG International Consulting is the PMC for the overall project. |

In September 2010, the PMC contract was awarded to JURONG International Consulting. In April 2007, Chemoil and Gulf Petrol Supplies signed the Joint Venture agreement to develop the project. |

In October 2010, GPSChemoil secured a USD 90 million loan from a consortium of banks in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Singapore to finance phase 4 of the project. The multi-currency loan was structured through a combination of Islamic and conventional loan tranches, with HSBC Bank Middle East LimitedHSBC Bank Middle East Limited acting as the lead arranger. |
