Financing Source In October 2010, GPSChemoil secured a USD 90 million loan from a consortium of banks in Abu Dhabi,
Dubai and Singapore to finance phase 4 of the project. The multi-currency loan was structured through a combination of Islamic and conventional loan tranches, with HSBC Bank Middle East LimitedHSBC Bank Middle East LimitedLoading... acting as the lead arranger.
