| Background |
Abu Dhabi National Exhibition CompanyAbu Dhabi National Exhibition Company (ADNEC) plans to build Al Ain Convention Center District, a business and residential micro-city built in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
The project will spread over an area of 275,000 sq. m. and will include state-of-the-art convention center, a cultural center, hotels, a serviced apartment complex, and a multi-storey car park, a cluster of residential and commercial low-rise buildings within an integrated micro-city.
Phase 1 of the project involves the extension of the existing wedding hall located on site and phase 2 includes the construction of the other parts of the project.
Upon completion, 220,000 sq. m. will be available to investors.
