Bahrain Bay DevelopmentBahrain Bay Development plans to build phase 2 of Bahrain Bay, a community development located at the northeastern shore of Manama, Bahrain.
Phase 2 includes the construction of anchor developments: Four Seasons Hotel, a 68,000 sq.m. area of 201 m. tall tower with 50 storeys, 263 rooms, and will include a 5 star spa and leisure facilities, a"Sky Pod" restaurant,a hi-tech business centre, a multi-use ballroom, a banqueting hall , and 4 dining outlets; and Arcapita headquarter, a 48,017 sq.m. office tower; a 20,450 sq.m. area of basement Parking Garage with 525 capacity car units; and a 2 level structure mosque with prayer spaces, rooms, open courtyard facing Mecca, and a 50m tall minaret adjacent to the Mosque.
Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM) is the architect, Sime Malak and Alssamoure Design are the architect consultants for Arcapita headquarter, Artifex is the landscape design consultant for Four Seasons Hotel, AtkinsAtkins is the design and engineer consultant, and Turner International is the PMC. |
