| Background |
The JV of Qatar Petroleum (QP)Qatar Petroleum (QP) and Qatar Petrochemical Company (Qapco)Qatar Petrochemical Company (Qapco) plans to construct a petrochemical complex in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar.
The complex includes the construction of a 1.4 million t/y steam cracker and other downstream units.
Feedstock will be sourced from natural gas plants in Ras Laffan.
An in-house feasibility study will be conducted by QPQP and QapcoQapco. |
