Barwa New Cairo for Real Estate Investments plans to build Barwa New Cairo, a community development located in Berger Hill in the east of Cairo.
The project will be spread over an area of 8.4 million sq.m. and will include 40,000 housing units, a hospital, three hotels, schools, office buildings and a shopping center.
The project will be developed in 4 phases. The scope of each phase was not revealed.
The JV of Hill InternationalHill International and Louis Berger is the PMC and 5+design is the design consultant. |
