The New Giza for Real estate and Development Company plans to develop New Giza, a mixed used development located in the Sixth of October City, Egypt.
The project will cover an area of 6 million sq.m. and will include apartments, townhouses and villas, MGM Grand Cairo Resort, NGU (New Giza University), a 300,000 sq.m. Meditown health club, sports club, a 800,000 sq.m. golf course, restaurants, shopping malls, parks and lakes.
Degla Enginering Consultancy is the quality and supervision consultant, Mito Consult are the technical consultants, New Giza Design Studio (NGDS) is the design consultant, Earth Architecture & Planning is the master plan, HJA Design is the landscape consultant, Thomson Perette & Lobb is the golf course architects, and Degla for Project Management is the PMC. |
