The National Investment Commission will grant different developers and investors a plot of land and license to develop the requisite number of Housing Units allocated to a project.
Each developer or investor will develop his own plot including housing units, retail outlets office spaces, community facilities along with the respective infrastructure.
Each development will use modern building technologies.

In April 2012, NIC and Hanwha Engineering and Construction were finalyzing the construction contract.
In May 2012, the construction contract is expected to be officially signed between NIC and Hanwha Engineering and Construction.
In Q2 2012, construction of the housing units is expected to start (delayed from Q4 2011).
In 2013, the project is expected to be completed.
Previous Events
In November 2011, the owner received the approval to proceed with the construction of the project, and Hyundai Engineering and Construction Company was no longer involved.
