The 5 star hotel is part of Bahrain Bay DevelopmentBahrain Bay Development phase 2 and will cover an area of 68,000 sq.m. and will be 201 m. tall tower of 50 storeys including 263 rooms, and will include a 5 star spa and leisure facilities, a "Sky Pod" restaurant,a hi-tech business centre, a multi-use ballroom, a banqueting hall , 4 dining outlets, and a car parking area.
Turner International Middle EastTurner International Middle East is the PMC, Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM) is the architect, Artifex is the landscape design consultant, and AtkinsAtkins is the design and engineer consultant. |
