| Background |
Dar Al ArkanDar Al Arkan plans to develop Shams Al Arous, a residential development east of Jeddah.
The project will be spread over an area of 3 million sq. m. and will include residential units, parks, entertainment facilities, retail outlets, restaurants, offices, schools, mosques, and related facilities. 70% of the area will be dedicated to residential units.
Shams Al Arous will be constructed in 3 phases. Phase 1 will consist of 2,000 residential units and related facilities,and the scope of phases 2 and 3 was not revealed.
