| Background |
Mubadala Development CompanyMubadala Development Company plans to build Four Seasons Hotel, a five-star hotel in Sowwah Island, in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The project is part of Phase 1 of Sowwah Island and will be the first Four Seasons brand hotel in UAE.
The 34-storey hotel will have a built up area of 99,000 sq.m and will include 190 rooms, 125 residence apartments, restaurants, a gym, a swimming pool, a conference center and car parking space.
