Dubai World Trade CenterDubai World Trade Center (DWTC) plans to develop phase 1 Dubai Trade Center District (DTCD) located between the Emirates Towers and the World Trade Center.
Phase 1 will be located between the Emirates Towers and Novotel Hotel. It will include the construction of a business quarter, 2 hotels, 200,000 sq. m. of office space, 830 apartments, 750 serviced apartments, retail outlets, and an 8,600-car parking facility. Once completed, it will cover a 116,000 sq. m. area.
